Inospace Business Center – Wynberg, Sandton
A complete design and turnkey fit-out for Inospace's business center in Wynberg, Sandton. The project involved transforming a shared commercial space into a vibrant, collaborative environment reminiscent of a modern co-working hub.
Housed in a characterful industrial building, the design embraced the raw charm of the space, using the industrial aesthetic as a foundation. Exposed steel beams, polished concrete floors, and minimalist furnishings in neutral tones were used to create a sleek, cohesive look and feel.
The center includes a variety of shared amenities: well-appointed meeting rooms, a welcoming reception area, a stylish café, and flexible workspaces. Each element was thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration and productivity, providing Inospace's tenants with a modern, inspiring place to connect and thrive.
